Mr. Muhammad Ismail Kumbhar is Rural Development, training specialist, consultant and agricultural education extension expert by profession. He possess 22 years’ experience in Agricultural education, sustainable development, research extension, land reforms, value chain, social and rural development, communication, social and sustainable development, agricultural and livestock management. He possess versatile experience in conducting appraisal, social assessment and baseline, midline, end line surveys, monitoring and evaluation of the development projects.

 
a Mr. Iqbal Hussain Memon Vice Chairperson Bachelors in Engineering (Civil) Businessman

Mr. Memon has about 30 years’ experience of business management and relationship with banks, he has sound knowledge about credit behavior and dealing with clients, his technical and professional input will help SSF to business dynamics and enhance relationship with banks.

 
a Mr. Rana Abdul Salam Director Bachelors in Commerce & Certifications in Banking Ex. Banker and Bursar

Mr. Rana has about 35 years’ experience of banking industry as he has worked for Habib Bank Limited. After that, he has joined as Bursar (Head of Accounts and Finance) in Cadet College Sanghar. His vast experience in banking industry shall help SSF in various aspects of Credit and Risk Management.

 
a Ms. Zaib-un-Nisa Mallah Director Masters in Social Sciences  (Sociology) Development Professional

Ms. Mallah has been working for last 10 years for the development of society and is a renowned social activist working for last 10 years. Her field experience shall help SSF in understanding changing behaviors of clients and the employees on the same time.

Ms. Mumtaz Bano has been working as Professor at Agricultural University of Tandojam. She posses experience of 25 years in Agrricutural education, research extension, community development, social development and Socio economic. She has done MA in Pakistan Studies along with BA in Economic and sociology.

Dr. Ghulam Ali Jariko has been working as Professor Sindh Development Studies Centre (SDSC) since last twenty five years. Throughout his professional career of 25 years, he has gained substantial experience in the fields of academic teaching, research and training. Mr. Jariko has Phd in the field of Study, Research and Development Management from University of Sindh, Pakistan. He has done B.A (Hons) in Economics, MSC Agriculture Economics Wye College University of London. He is accomplished course tutor for core courses such as, Economic, Social Survey Methods, and Data Analysis, Project Planning and Monitoring and Evaluation, and Agricultural Economics for Development. These courses are offered by the SDSC thorough its renowned Master's program in the Rural Development. Besides, Mr. Jariko, has actively participated in applied research that has assisted him to upgrade his understanding about research formulation, data analysis, report writing

 
a Dr. Shoukat Ibrahim Abro Director Phd. Soil Science Assistant Professor of Soils

Dr. Shoukat is a Soil Scientist, working as Assistant Professor Department of Soil Sciences, Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam, Sindh. During last 16 years, he has accumulated a vast experience in the fields of Soil fertility & Soil quality & Soil Health and sustained crop production by working under various official capacities. Viz., Assistant Professor BS-19, Agri. Instructor BS-17, Assistant Director Trainings BS-17, Agriculture Officer BS-17. His professional goal includes human capital development, low-input crop production & environmental promotion. His research is mainly focused on crop waste recycling & residue management, composting & biochar to replenish soil carbon stocks and organic matter, nutrient cycling, conserve soil moisture & efficient use and waste water recycling.
